Joel has demonstrated results in leading teams in Finance, Business Strategy, Professional Services, Product Development, and Project Financing.  He engages technology clients to find creative solutions to transform business processes through creative technology implementations. He works in business strategy and finance capacities to help clients achieve their business objectives through sustainable and stable operating strategies. Joel is passionate about achieving project deliverables that bring bottom line business results. 

Joel studied accounting at Valparaiso University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was recognized as the Alumni Association's distinguished business graduate of the year.  

Joel lives with his wife and six children in Valparaiso, Indiana.  He enjoys spending time with his family especially gardening and doing home improvement projects.  Joel has a long history of mountaineering with plans to summit the highest peaks throughout the United States.
