Beth Horgash

Beth started working with our team in May of 2018. Beth is a huge asset to our custom development group. She helps facilitate and communicate for our solution architects through the sales process. This includes estimating, quoting, statement of work development and CRM database management. Beth also assists with organization, flow, and communication with our current project portfolio.
Beth is also responsible for various HR and accounting administrative work at JET. She supports business growth by assisting with the business books, managing payroll, and processing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Having worked in higher education in both finance and admissions for many years, Beth brings a broad range of experience to her position. Roles included working with departments, faculty, student groups with budgets and expenses, hosting events, communications and marketing, and data management.
Like others on our team, Beth values seeing the 5-way win in action with team members, partners, and clients—and witnessing the valuable outcomes of this principle! Also, seeing the value of technology integrations for businesses that streamline processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs is something Beth appreciates.
Beth is married to her husband, Michael. They have three sons who are married to three amazing ladies. Beth and Michael have the joy and blessings of four granddaughters with two on the way! They love visiting their children in Southern Indiana, Texas, and North Carolina.
In her spare time, you’ll find Beth gardening, listening to music, cooking, or taking walks at the dunes at Lake Michigan.
